Great for induction range cooking!
These are the best pans I’ve ever owned. Great for small spaces and perfect for cooking on an induction range. I had no idea what a difference a pan could make. They’re pricey, but worth it. I’ll eventually be replacing all of my pans and skillets with this line.

Great Addition!
I purchased the 13 piece set of Cristel and wanted this sized pot to round out my set, along with a small nonstick pan. I've been very pleased with how well these cook and clean up. This pot did not come with a handle, but I had them from my 13 piece set. When using the long or short handles to take off the lid or move the pot, they are very sturdy and a one handed operation. These are a heavy duty set, so not light in weight, but not cumbersome. This pot is a great addition to my set.

I love these pans
I love these pans. I wish they were not so expensive but will just have to purchase a little at a time. They are good and heavy and go into the dishwasher. The other great feature is that they store easily and in a small space because the handles come off. Great, great idea.

This saucepan is so awesome I want to marry it
This pot is pretty amazing and a solid 4.5 stars. No other way to describe it. I love to cook, and I splurged and bought myself a highly recommended, pretty expensive, set of pots and pans a few years ago because they just work better than anything cheap or cheaply made. While I still love my current set, it's safe to say that this saucepan from Cristel makes my set look like it was one of those super cheap sets that fall apart after a week of use. This saucepan is perfect for cooking anything that requires constant heat and constant stirring in order to prevent burning on the bottom. Things like roux, cream-based soups or sauces, anything with a thickening agent. The bottom of the saucepan conducts heat evenly. I can set the gas burner to 'low' and not worry that my soup will end up scorched if I turn away for a few seconds to grab another ingredient. I can simmer things without the worry of a layer of burnt sludge building up on the bottom of the pan.The removable handle is nifty, especially when it comes to storage. I can't count the number of times I have cursed my other pots and pans because they weren't easily stacked for storage. You'd think that a removable handle would be less sturdy than a built-on handle, but you'd be wrong. This handle is heavy duty and there is zero wiggles or bending even when lifting up a full pot. Being able to swap handles allows me to also put on smaller handles so I can use this as a small dutch oven in my oven. I also use it without handles at all depending on what I am cooking. It's a great system that saves space and let the cook customize their cookware. The one thing I don't like about this saucepan is how tight and how well the lid fit because as things simmered there was no place for steam to escape. This caused the lid to rattle and condensed steam to slide down the side of the pot while on the heat, and then the water would end up in the flames of the burner. If there were a tiny hole in the lid for enough steam to escape to prevent condensation from building up and leaking over the sides.A little bonus for the user is the recipe book that comes with your cookware. The recipes are tailored for the piece you purchase, and the couple I have made were all very tasty and well received by the family. This is a VERY expensive piece of cookware, but this is also a piece that will LAST. I have my grandmother's cast iron cookware as well, and I can see my grandkids being able to still use this Cristel decades from now.

Brilliant storage and handle design, conducts heat well, cleans up nicely
Bought this to complete a set. this This cookware is terrific. The storage design is brilliant. Cooks with good heat conduction and cleans easily and beautifully. The detachable handle system minimizes needed storage space; also eliminates need for potholders, which can sometimes not be heat-proof enough. Just put the handle on after the heat is off, to move the pan. The clear lisa are another great feature- e.g., enabling discerning whether contents have come to a boil, or have reduced to desired amount, without opening the lid. Love this stuff.

Creative Detechable Handle for Space Saving
I love this Cristel C20QLKSA Strate Saucepan for its quality and creativity for space saving design. The only problem is you have to buy at least two to benefit from the detachable handle because often you need a handle on the pan as well as on the lid at the same time. I can take the handle from one place to the other but it's hot on my finger when I try to release the handle by pushing the button. This detachable handle system can be perfect for kitchens with small storage space because it allows you to store more pans when there's not handles sticking out. I can see myself buying more of them in the future.I recommend it!
