One of the best hing in market. I used to buy this from reliance fresh then I moved away from reliance fresh and found this on amazon. It better then many expensive brands here on amazon.. Rich taste and fragrance a small quantity is needed. Plus its compound and not that waste powdered thing.

Strong Aroma NO flavor.
Every time I have tempted by one-sided 5 stars reviews I have rue and repent it.This time also it is NO different. It has very strong aroma but surprisingly NO flavor. It adds no taste or any enhancement to daal.Certainly Not worth 335 rupees. I won't buy it for even 200 bucks.Oonchi dukaan, phikey pakwan.

Aroma in traditional south indian cuisine
Persian Asafoetida (Hing) gives the perfect aroma to traditional south indian sambar, kuzhambu etc. prepared as per grandma's recipe. It's hard to find any better equivalent in the market. Aroma leaves a lasting memory for all foodies.
