I bought his chair to use for when I have to work from home. It's a greT chair for gaming... but working from home not so much. It hurts my knees because it's too low. I had to put two pillows in the seat to use it and it's still too low 😟 My daughter will likely be getting it for her room as it's just not a good fit for me in my office. I'm on the hunt for a whimsical chair for my home office. Now other than that and the fact that the glitter is kind of rubbing off of the chair after less than a year, everything is great.

Update: 3 years later. The hydraulics gave out recently. The padding lost it's softness long ago. It's been uncomfortable for long term use for a while now due to the padding. I could live woth that until the hydrolics gave out. It will still go up, but even without sitting in it it sinks.🤷‍♀️ At the current price it's fine but I paid nearly double so it's very disappointing. However, I suspect it will last longer with a more petite woman.Previous Review:The glittery fabric is itchy, if you wear dresses or shorts often the fabric may irritate you. Other than that it's very aesthetic, and I personally think it's comfortable. I had been sitting on a kitchen chair for a couple of days prior to this arriving and that gave me terrible pain in the butt from sitting, this chair on the other hand has not given me any sitting pain so far. The armrests are soft and comfy.One downside depending on your POV is that the seat doesn't really tilt back, it can tilt back but it's not the kind of chair where the seat moves. That doesn't bother me because I usually lock my chair's tilt while work to begin with. This is not in reference to the back of the chair, which does fully recline just fine.I did require the help of a man to pop the wheels in, but I'm very weak due to polymyositis. I also did put the seat on backward to the base. My brother pointed out it was shown in the picture the correct way, so it is my fault. It just would have been nice to have some words on the instruction sheet.
