GasOne 2107-08 Heater and Fire Pit Table, 3/8" Female Flare Nut Propane Regulator 8 Feet Steel Hose with for Most LP Gas Grill, Silver

Regulator broke on my Klondike fire pit, so I chose this one to replace it. Eight foot hose is just right. Applied yellow gas fitting tape and snugged it on. No leaks. Gas goes through. Job done.

2nd time i used this the pressure release was frozen slightly open so when i turned on the tank the pressure regular was leaking propane and i needed to pour hot water over the valve so it unstick.... this is a potential to kill someone

Can't get it to stop leaking.Tried it on 3 different bottles ive been using all alone with no issues.Leaks on the bottle, on both sides of the regulator.

I have an 18" round ring for an outdoor fire pit and this regulator works really well. From very low flames to maybe 2ft high. The pressure gauge doesn't work. It always shows zero, but I didn't need one anyway so doesn't effect my use.

This is complete junk , leaks gas around the hose which goes into the regulator, could end up getting someone hurt or killed.
