This was the first time I bought the book and I found it to be excellent. One of the key points the author makes is that you should start getting your business ready for sale a year before you actually sell it. So I am really glad that I bought the book now. The stories Mr. Sutton used were very helpful in clearly illustrating his points. This is a great book for anyone's business library.

Great Book! Reading this book is fairly easy. Garrett Sutton does a great job in breaking down important terminology. Whether you’re looking to buy or sell a business, this is the book that is NEEDED. I like how the book contains checklists of things that are needed to do before taking action. Highly recommend this book.
