They are actually pretty big. They make very large cookies. The cat is 2.5 x 4, the hat is 4 x 3 (4 is at the widest part which is the base of the witches hat), the pumpkin is 3 x 3, the ghost is 2.5 x 4, and the bat is 5 x 1.5. I measured this by the largest points. I hope this helps.
