The description is deceiving, in the sitting position which the chimp always is in, it measures 6.5 inches not 8 inchesSmall = lower price, so really its a £5 toy rather than a £7 one :)also the chimp in the picture / its expression, the tilted head etc, is not what you actually get. In real life the eyes and face don't look as warm / look like they are staring at you.See other reviewers photos that people have put on as a truer image of what the chimp actually looks like

Mine will only answer to Arthur & is quite partial to "a black coffee, no sugar.....none of your fancy-named foreign muck", so think he was from older stock!Saying that, he is quite a charming wee fella when he wants to be, always telling us stories about his time back in the factory, and how his best (pri)mate obtained an injury and ended up in the reject bin. Always brings a tear to my eye to hear that story!

Although it states 8", this is from the top of the head to an outstretched foot. Only sits at about 5-6" as shown in the picture

A sweet little monkey I have 2 the same so soft. Bought them for my husband who has Alzheimer’s and he loves to hold them both. Great for a child as well. Recommended.

This is a cute little monkey which was ideal for the 2 yr old I bought it for, super cuddly she loved it straight away.As you’ll see from the photo lying it beside a standard tissue box it gives you a better idea of it’s size as it’s sort of posed in a sitting position in the product description.Good value at the price I paid.
