I just needed a place to put my various and sundry hooks, and this kit certainly fits the bill. The quality of some of the hooks is not great, but there sure are a lot of them!All of the steel hooks are larger than similarly marked hooks already in my collection. The marking on hooks is inconsistently sized and placed--just another indicator of meh quality.This set is fine for someone who doesn't pay much attention to hook size (like me) and just wants a lot of options.

I like the fact that the needles are in a zipper case because I loose my needles. The case makes it easy for me to keep up with them. I also like having the different size needles and the sewing kit that's included. A great deal. Thanks.

Has every thing I need

I have been a crocheter and knitter for a long time. I have a good set of hooks, but I left the at my mother in laws house so when I go over there we can crochet together, so I wanted another set to have at my house. These were a great value and would be a great starter set for a beginner. Just about every size you could possibly need is in there. They are very light weight and may wear quickly, but they remind me a lot of Boye brand hooks. They do not have US letter sizes, just millimeter sizing, which is fine. The set includes stitch markers, which you can never have enough of as they get easily lost. The set comes with a sewing kit with threads, needles, needle threader, and some scissors, which makes this good for traveling. However, I don't understand why it comes with knitting cable needles...makes no sense, since you don't use these with crochet (at least I don't). The large plastic needle make very little sense to me as well, mostly because they are abnormally huge. The one down side to the case is that the hooks don't fit very well into the elastic holders. I had to double up the smaller sizes so they didn't fall out every time I open it up. However, because it is such a good value, I couldn't give less than 4 stars.

The media could not be loaded.  This is about $16 ... considering the hooks, this is a good value.This is a lot of variety ... crochet hooks, knitting supplies, sewing supplies ....These are NOT high quality .. just low to average.No letters on the crochet hooks..... measured only in "mm". 0.6mm to 8mm

I like the kit well worth the price
