I bought an entire Manga drawing extravaganza gift for an 11 year old. I had the Prismacolor markers, pencils, pens, erasers, color blenders, Manga how to drawing books, sketch pads, blank cartoon books, lap desk, special drawing light, anything related you can think of that's awesome for a little Manga artist to start...well, this flipblook was THE HIT. The least expensive part of the gift 🤣. Kids do need a little help or instruction on how to engineer it, but once shown, it's easy to start making your own animation.

The Canvall flip books are made very well with thick card stock and great long lasting binding material. They are very easy to use and get started. I just let my imagination flow. I recommend always starting out with a light pencil as you will find yourself erasing from time to time. You can color in later when you are comfortable with your work.These are the best value for the price in terms of quality and enjoyment. Each flip book is two sided and comes with many. many pages per booklet, so that you can really come up with a story or multiple animation stories per side. So much fun to play with!!!

I got these for one of my granddaughters who loves to draw. I'm only giving 3 stars because it was a lot smaller than I thought it would be. She loved mostly writing "dad jokes" in the book and with the way it was bound, it was easier to keep everything together. The paper also did not bleed through when she use markers.

Great flip books.....if you can manage to get the screws out! I've only managed to get the screws out of one but it will take my son a while to finish so hopefully by then I've figured it out. Can be used with screws in but easier if you can use singley on a light board. Paper quality is good but because of screw issue I wouldn't risk buying again.

So expensive but only that my 6yr old wanted it.

This paper is suggested as a bundle with Andymation flip light pad, but it doesn’t fit and so shouldn’t be sold together. As a stand alone flip book it’s good, just not what we wanted it for.
