Lots of air!
I got this fan because it was a cheaper (at the time) than a high velocity fan with metal fan fins. Despite this fan having plastic fins, it actually throws a lot of air, even on the lest setting. I actually had to lower the fan speed, because amount of air being propelled at me was giving me a headache. I previously bought a smaller pedestal fan for about the samepeice, but determined that the smaller size wasn't worth the cost, as it was around the same as this Pelonis fan. Returning that fan, and getting this on, has totally been worth it so far.I, personally, do not think the fan is very loud. It does produce an audiblefin/turbulence noise, and the highest setting will definitely mufflenTV or conservation, but it is definitely not anywhere near the loudest fan I have heard/had. I can use the lower settings while watching or talking, and the higher settings while sleeping.Assembly a little more involved than other fans: you have to attach the back grill, tighten a knob, attach the fan propeller, tighten another knob, then attach the front grill. It is pretty straightforward, to the point where you do not need the instructions, which aren't great. The fan also feels flimsy initially, particularly at rhe base, but once you turn it on, it becomes more stable.I can't comment on durability yet, since I haven't had enough time with it, but I will update this review if fails, or has any other substantial issue in a short period of time from the purchase. So far, good fan overall

Air movers!
You can tell they're well built and heavy duty. Good weight to them, everything snaps together quick and secure. They move a lot of air and don't make too much noise. I can't speak on durability because i haven't owned it long enough to share that information. But, out of the box, first impressions are 5 🌟!

Powerful
Well as many of you probably are , I was also skeptical of this brand I've never bought this brand before, I am a faithful Honeywell customer but I couldn't find a Honeywell pedestal fan so I purchased a Holmes brand pedestal and had my fingers crossed hoping it would work for me but after the first use I was very disappointed and returned it ,I continued to do some research and reading reviews I settled on this fan ,let me say wow I'm impressed it's so powerful and has 5 settings of speed that setting 3 was enough for us to sleep comfortably, and yes it has fan noise but that's what I like ( I need noise to sleep) and w/ remote "come on" I can be lazy all day long , I've only had it for 1 night but like wow, hopefully it holds up , will update after more extended use.... thus far I'm happy with this purchase.

Amazing fan that blows a lot of air. (3,400 CFM)
I’ve had mine for 4 years and has been great. Especially running 24/7 and 365 days a year for all 4 years. Just last week the oscillating started sticking so I’m going to order myself another fan and move the old one to the garage.

Tornado winds in your bedroom!
I absolutely 💯 love this fan!! It produces "Tornado-like" air flow and it's amazing! Its pretty powerful!!!! It even lifts up my sheet and comforter at its highest setting if it hits the angle just right. Hahaha! That's always a funny sight to see 🤣🤣🤣 (even on its lowest setting, it can be pretty strong. It's so hard to find a good fan. Well this one hits all the requirements: excellent quality, good selection/amount of settings, speed, direction, rotation, etc, as well. A remote is another asset this fan has.It is a quite bit more expensive than what I'm used to spending for a fan. But this isn't your typical floor fan. It truly is the best, most amazing fan I've ever owned. I HIGHLY recommend it!!!Now for just a few cons (if you want to even call it that): it can be very loud! If you're looking for a quiet fan, this is not the one for you. I have to sleep with a fan on, so the noise usually doesn't bother me.But it is pretty noisy. And the next isn't so much of a con as it is a remote design fault. Where a lot of fans use an up or down button for the strength, you have to go through all of the strengths if you want to go back to the lowest setting. That wouldn't be such a problem, however, it beeps every time you push a button on the remote. And it's a loud beep. So if you're on the 2nd setting and want to go back to the lowest (1), you have to click it four times. Not an inconvenience. I'm not that lazy. Lol. BUT when you have sleeping children in the same room, it can wake them up.It's excellent quality, however the base is pretty heavy. Its pretty solid, not generic made whatsoever. Just heavy. So that might be a con if you can't lift heavy things.Overall, this is a fantastic fan. Like I mentioned above, I've used fans all my life so I've gone through a lot of them. And this is by far, absolutely 💯 without a doubt, the best fan I've ever owned!!!I truly think you'll be pleased if you decide to purchase one for yourself. I'm extremely happy with my purchase. I'll be buying another for my son's room next.(I know this review has been quite long and for that, I apologize. However, I read reviews before I purchase anything and I wanted to make sure I covered as much of the product as I could so you could make a well-informed decision for your purchase.)Have a nice day!
