Smooth operation. Delivery box is heavy, takes 2 to get inside. Then it is a one person job to assemble and stand upright - if you are careful and protect your back.Cable ties are a very nice touch. The large mouse pad is really nice. I have one that charges my iPhone so gave it to my daughter, I tried to get it back. No luck.....Don't clean the control panel with acetone, Mine had glue on it. The labels dissolve.I read the negative reviews and though I'd take a shot.1) this definitely has dual motors that work well and in sync. Missing motor was likely an assembly error. Stuff happens.2) I don't have any potential injury areas as one review pointed out. Maybe they changed the design accordingly.Net is a very good product. Does as advertised and I would buy it again if I needed another one.Fingers crossed on motors holding up.

Great desk. Easy to assemble (easier with two people), quality build, nice texture to desktop, and spacious. The quality of the screwdriver it comes with is surprisingly good.Has four memory height settings. The only thing that tripped me up at first was when the desk controller is asleep, you need to press the up or down button to wake it up, then press the number for your memory height setting. If you press the numbers directly it won’t wake up.If you’re going from a sitting desk to a standing desk like this one, be aware you may need to buy longer cables for your computer peripherals, otherwise when you raise the desk they’ll get yanked off.

Desk took about 1.5 hours to build, pretty easy but as others said it is all pictures, no written instructions. It’s sturdy, works great, and it can go really high! Bought for my son who is 6’6” and it can go higher than he will ever need it to for standing. Lots of leg room under whether sir or stand, cable management is easy. Paired with a dual monitor clamp on stand and working great. Definitely recommend this for tall folks!

As others have noted, assembly was interesting, but not crippling. There are only pictures and no written instructions. There was only one step in the process we were unsure about but looking ahead at the pictures helped us figure out the appropriate placement/part. Once we got past that hump, everything went very fast, and we were done in no time.To my surprise (because I didn't trust myself) the desk was fully operational and functioning perfectly immediately after placing it upright. I was ecstatic!I was really happy for the bands for tying up the cords against the underside of the desk. It created such a clean and professional look, and it's very sturdy with no wobbling.I attached a pic. We haven't finished setting up our office, but the desk is ready, and I've already utilized it for work. Love it!

Assembled easy, all parts provided. Picture instructions, no words, about an hour to complete. Raises and lowers smoothly, motor is not loud. Multiple memory positions to take to stored height with two presses of memory button. Very sturdy, have two 24” monitors mounted on rear of desk with articulating brackets plus laptop. Great desk for the price, ordered a second for my wife.

Aside from some of the slightly tacky stylistic choices, this is a phenomenal standing desk. All the components seem to be very high quality. The motor is fairly quiet too, so moving between positions is a pleasant process. Also, the packaging for this product was exceptional. Despite a 3/4 inch gash in the box, the desk was completely unharmed. Excellent work on all fronts with this desk.

This is a well built desk. I use it for both gaming and work, and it holds up well. The only downside is that it took forever to understand the directions to build it. It has several holes for cable runs, easily holds 3 screens and a laptop.

All in all, very nice! Easy to put together. Looks nice. Operates smoothly.Only complaint; I wish it went a little lower.
