Size deceptive, smaller useful area than advertised
Purchased the 2 x 3 metre rectangular awning. What arrived measured only 1.35m x 2.4m of effective shade (across the centres of each opposite side. The publicised measurements are to the extremes of the very elongated D-ringed corners, which whilst accurate in the strictest sense, does not give you a fair idea of how much shade to expect. The image shows far less of a curved effect than reality.Haven't installed it so can't speak yet to the other characteristics. It will do for my intended purpose (providing shower cover for a short washing line) but be aware if the overall size is important to you.

Not water repellamt
Lovely colour and good material but .... After installing this shade sail it was just what we wanted to keep hot sun off our decking for the summer months. Unfortunately even though it is installed on an incline so not to have water sitting, the rain last night and tonight has gone straight through the fabric, this disappointing as it does not appear to be water repellant at all.

Very good quality and a great product
This sail comes with a very comprehensive fitting kit complete with everything needed to fit it.Very good value compared with other similar items. I cannot fault it on design quality or style, excellent all round!

Seems sturdy
Our French windows face due south, and the sun was becoming a nuisance in the summer.This covers just enough of the patio to keep the sun off the windows.Lasted the summer season well, I was confident enough to leave it up in the rain, and just made sure to bring it back down in windy conditions. The fixings are neat and easily installed.

Great shade
Perfect for my garden as it's south facing and gets a lot of sun in the summer, so this is great for my garden , light and easy to put up with all the fittings.

Actual size is not as advertised!
I got the 2mx2m delivered yesterday only to find the size is not 2 metres! Even when measured from hook to hook (not diagonally) it only measured to 180cm. The actual width of the fabric is only 140cm... HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.

Not waterproof!
Garden furniture got drainaged in water after first rain. Very bad bad product….
