Bought this as I never feel comfortable with a blanket on smaller babies. With the small neckline I have been able to use since birth (8lb born) baby with no concern of if riding up over her face. Very breathable, soft quality fabric and used with just a nappy due to a heatwave. Baby appeared comfortable when it it and settled well.It is expensive however other sleep bags that stated from 0 months were not suitable for us and top big around the neckline. She has sadly outgrown this now at 7 weeks (she is now nearly 12lbs) and other cheaper sleep bags fit so we will probably not purchase the bigger size. If you have the money it has been invaluable for us since birth for both baby and to aid our restful (little) sleep knowing she was safe. We love purflo and have a number of their products.

My son loves these sleeping bags. This is the summer one but can be used all year round as it you can put a baby grow underneath and add takeaway layers as needed. Most people will have heating on too. I brought 2.5 too but find myself using this one more adjusting what’s underneath.

We wanted something light and cool as our bedroom gets so hot and LO is in with us. I'd been recommended the swaddle to Sleep Bag because you get to see if baby likes to be swaddled, and if not, you can use as a little sleep bag. The quality of the fabric is really soft. It's a close fit on babies chest and belly which I'd read they love (Our little boy certainly does) its enough warmth to keep them cosy but so light and with air hole sides, they can't possibly get too warm. I've already ordered a second one.

Not good, not recommend this sleeping bag. The zip makes it very difficult for baby to wear and to dress them. Waste of money

I thought this would be ideal for my yet-to-be-born grandson but it looks awfully small…this should fit newborn to about 4 months. Yet, in comparison with another, very well known brand, which is 0-3 months, this seems significantly smaller. Of course, the snug fit around a baby’s torso is the current trend but I’ll have to wait and see how quickly the little chap outgrows it. I like the concept of being able to alter the style as the baby grows, and I like the pattern, the mesh and breathability. I think it’s rather expensive, particularly if it doesn’t end up lasting for 4 months or so, and this is lightweight at only 0.5 tog rating, so it’s definitely only summer months.

By looking at its size it seems to be perfect for the newborn I have to wait to check till how long this goes.This sleeping bag is perfect for swaddling and looks comfortable. It has a good fabric quality and feels very soft on the hands. This swaddle also has a mesh design on the side and the back which helps to keep the air flowy.This swaddling bag has a single long chain which makes it easy to use and put the baby in. The chain is very smooth to slide and doesn't make any noise. Chain detached on the top again it helps to put the baby in.There are small buttons near the hands that help to keep the baby's arms in.Last but not the least, it has a leg-side attachment that keeps the legs folded and can be opened as per the convenience. Also, it is 0.5 togs it is perfect for the summer.This is a good quality swaddle bag and I will definitely recommend it. Just one problem I'm not sure it is big enough for the 4 months old.

This seemed to me to be expensive for something so small? But it's an around the average price when I searched about for similar items.Anyway.... An addition to the family is expected soon, so I thought it would be a good thing to have ready. And having seen the quality, and felt the softness, I have to agree with myself!The all around zip allows full access to the babe, it will last longer than 'just a swaddle blanket' because of the versatility of the design, having the arm holes and legs folded out of the way before they are needed seems to me to be a good thing. The colour is clean and neutral without being drab and it is a summer weight at .5 tog. Any problems and I will edit as I learn more, but until then its getting five stars from me.JC
