Does not work
Took this on vacation with me in order to use to keep up at work and for entertainment. Needed the global aspect of the device. It never worked. It kept searching for a signal despite being in an area where signals abound. I was able to use my cell phone with an international plan with no issues. This thing wouldn't connect to anything. Kept searching for a signal for hours. Tried different locations. Nothing. Just a expensive paperweight. Returned it. Useless.

Did exactly what it was suppose to do.
This works perfectly when I need it to with no problems.

Inconvenient, Resolved
The cable got unplugged and it refuses to charge properly after all the battery got drained. It’s constantly trying to do too much instead of charging first. Also, the price of the internet doubled one month after I purchased it. Edit: Issue eventually resolved itself, just not immediately. Can be fixed with a better boot sequence that facilitates charging.

Rapid Data Depletion
Appears to use up almost double the data as compared to size of the file downloaded. Reported this to tech support. After exchange of many email where I had to prove the case they finally agreed to look into it. They use T-Mobile and AT&T in the US as their carriers. Peak time download speeds are slow. I may have to return this.
