No issues PC booted up perfectly. Beautifully built and amazing to look at! High quality parts, couldn't be happier with my purchase. This Cyberpower was purchased VIA Amazon so was happy that I was able to grab this PC in a timely fashion Ordered on a Friday received it on a Wednesday

This CPU has not worked since it was purchased. First, the SD would not load. Second, the CPU keeps resetting and will not load any of the programs installed. We sent the CPU back to the manufacturer so they could repair the product the first time. This process took a month since they are located in California. Now we have a $1,700 CPU that is not working properly that we can not return.

I'm really enjoying this new PC. The machine arrived in one piece thanks to protective padding. Everything runs smoothly, and games work way better than on my old potato machine. The colorful fan lights are a fun touch, and I'm enjoying that you can change the colors and patterns. I also appreciate the backlit keyboard so that I don't need to have the lights on all the time when I'm gaming. So far I haven't had any technical issues.The setup guide images didn't seem to line up exactly with the actual machine, but it was easy enough to follow despite that and setup went smoothly. It would have been nice if there was a diagram showing which components are where (I'm not seeing where the drives are mounted through the glass pane), but I can tell where most parts are if I ever decide to swap some out. For people not looking to upgrade parts down the line (which is probably a lot of people buying prebuilt), this isn't really an issue.The fans are very loud on their default settings, but this can be fixed. I had seen reviews complaining about the volume, but decided that I wouldn't mind as much since I use a headset and not speakers. The fans were so loud it actually made it hard to hear with my headset on! I was able to go into the boot menu and adjust the fan curve to solve the issue. For those who are willing to mess around with settings, you can solve the noise issue pretty easily. However, people expecting to just plug and play will likely be upset about the noise. I'm putting one star under noise level as a warning about the defaults and taking a star off the overall score since it isn't exactly comfortable to use as it arrives.I also received a broken mouse. Two buttons were misaligned and quickly became wedged in and to the left under the top of the mouse. Fortunately, the support person I spoke with is arranging a free replacement mouse. My experience with support was very helpful.Overall I'm very happy with my purchase. It did take a bit of messing around to get things exactly how I wanted them, but it was still a way easier alternative to building my own machine. The machine is super stylish, games run well, and my problems should be resolved now.

This pc has been nothing but trouble for us. The pc arrived in relatively good condition but the hdd had fallen out of the bracket and broke the pins, so we managed without it only to a few weeks later have the psu completely die and have to order a new one just to find out that the motherboard died with it. My reccomendation to anyone trying to get this is that itd be way more worthwhile to build it yourself, you wont run the risk of gambling on whether the parts are used or not and you can easily watch guides for troubleshooting.

I received this PC a day earlier than anticipated. Wrapped it up and gave to my son for his birthday. He is extremely happy with his new gaming PC. It was carefully packaged and ran great out of the box. I ran into a couple minor issues and reached out to seller and they resolved my issues right away. Would buy again from seller. Highly recommend.Only complaint my son had was the fans are very loud when gaming. A good headset should eliminate that issue.

Very happy with this purchase. Price was reasonable...for a gaming PC that is. Doesn't look like a thrown-together clunky old piece of crap like my last computer. I love that everything inside is easy to get to. A+++

im just now getting into computer games because cant find a ps5 anywhere thought i would try this one out turns out to be a great computer loads everygame i try to run everytime i couldnt be happier with my purchase. it was delivered right away didnt have to set anything up it came ready to go

Great gaming PC for the money (in today's inflated GPU price world). The fan settings were aggressive but easy to adjust in the bios.
