So the description states this is a:-Carbon fiber wing mirror cover, rearview mirror cover cap, car side mirror replacement B-MW for 3 Series F30 F34 F31,1 Series F20,2 Series F22,4 Series F32 F33 F87 M2 X1 Series E84, 1 Pair.OK I will admit I know nothing, zero, nada, About cars. So my other half being a mechanic and nephews who are also in the car trade. I knew I be OK for them to fit them to the car. Lol.The passenger wi f mirror had a crack in it because some lovely person in the supermarket thought it be OK to damage my car and drive off. Don't you just love people like that...I first checked the list to see if this was the correct cover size etc... As instructed by them firstly.I was secondly told DO NOT TOUCH THEM...I think they k ow be by now that if I found it hard to take off the original covers I would end up pulling and breaking them off and maybe causeing damage to the clips or holders etc...So outcomes this box of different plastic type clips and prizers....I supose when you know what ya doing its easy.They started with one of the little plastic tools at the bottom, back, left hand side of the mirror nearest the car.This helped to get in and pry open the case. Slowly slid the tool across the bottom of the case towards the narrower part of the mirror.Same goes for the top half.This should then pop off the case.Once exposed.I cleaned around the outside of the rim to make sure the was mo dirt etc...There 3 main parts to line up with the new case. These I guess is what's going to hold them together and in place.Once lined up they just pushed forward. And they clip into place.Just wipe off the finger prints and away you go.Do the exact same for the drivers side.Didnt take long, but I guess you need the right tool for the job because you could damage the wing mirror frame I guess if you use the wrong things like a screwdriver I was gonna use lol.These have a carbon fiber coating with a striking design on the cases and they look alot better than the plain black ones that were on there.I guess now I can say "I've pimped your ride" lol)So far so good.But I will update this review if needed.*** Size:- 29cm length x 16.5cm width*** Made of:- premium ABS material. carbon fiber.
