We've ended up with three ML25LT's - one for upstairs and the loft etc, one for downstairs, putting the bins out and walking the dog etc, and one for the car. We received the newer 192 lumen model that has the eco mode, not the 177 lumen model without eco.They're a really nice size, and perfectly balanced/weighted so anyone can find a comfy carrying position, unlike the larger types. There is plenty of light for typical use, unless you want to light up a tree-line 300m away, in which case but something else.There is no faffing around with different modes - the economy mode is easy to access if you are so inclined, but anyone can operate the torch regardless of eco mode.We keep a few packs of batteries handy, and the eco mode is just about sufficient to keep a 5m x 5m square room illuminated enough to read a magazine anywhere in the event of a power cut, but full power is much better - with a couple of packs of batteries you need never be in the dark or relying on candles.A very versatile torch.

Love it. Sturdy and the perfect size for a jacket pocket. It is much brighter than I expected.There is no button but a twist on twist off.It would have been nice if it had a hole for a lanyard.
