Easy to use
This is one of the best things I have seen bought . Blends great juices lovely. Easy to clean I have not used all the functions but it is so self explanatory that I donāt think it would be hard to understand.Very easy to clean. Fast delivery, well packed. Recommended

Does not work
The media could not be loaded. Horrible customer service. The product does not work fully. Only the juicer and blender were working. I raised a concern after discovering the rest of the items were not working as it was covered by warranty period. The tried to delay the replacement by telling me I was not using it right. After I proved it was indeed not working, they made me return it (go to the postoffice with a big box) and then sent me a replacement which was worse as now only the juicer was working. I immediately requested to return the product and get a full refund. It has been months and I still do not have the issue resolved. I have lost my money for a product that does not work.

The mettle blade is very sharp ....
Had this product a while and happy with what I want to do with it.As I was throwing the box away I was unaware that the silver blade was fastened to the outside of the packaging box, must a knocked it off and it fell onto my foot causing a slice wound š³

Love it
Great bit of kit. Has everything you could wish for including a grinder and juice extractor. Looks good too. Just hope it lasts as long as my old Kenwood - 24 years!!
