No string stretcher. We never really thought stretchers to be a necessity unless you are maybe a guitar tech stringing all day long. Finger and thumb works perfectly. BTW don't over stretch strings, they will deaden much faster if you do.

Yes, the 0.050 inch hex key is for USA Strat saddles

Yes. As of June 2016 the GIGmate also includes a Stainless Steel String Action/Set Up gauge.
