Bought it 2 months ago and used for several times. Yesterday, the upper boom was loose off from the lower boom - every time I started the machine. I tried to tie the screw but it did not help.Chatted with Amazon support robot and got nothing useful.*** June 30, 2023 ***I was able to get connected with manufacturer, which is very responsible and helpful. They are sending me the replacement.*** July 07, 2023 ***Received the placement. Thanks to the manufacturer.

It cuts great and easy to use. The batteries on the other hand 1 was burnt already and had a strong smell red flagged me instantly and led to why it doesn't work, the second battery holds a charge for 15 mins tops so it a race against the clock ⏰ lol.

The weed eater works great but one of the batteries would not charge. One good battery and one bad battery.

Otherwise it works fine. I would like to get a replacement battery for the one that don work. But they really won’t do that. Cheaper to buy a whole ew weed wacker

Product arrived as scheduled. Packaging was great. The assembly instructions were a little lacking. You do get a lot of extras with the unit, 2 batteries, 4 line spools.The batteries charge really quick, the assembled unit is very light, it has enough power for cutting grass but not bigger weeds.It did what I wanted it to do at a reasonable price.

The product is fine. In our case, the assembly was impossible. Others might know how to do it but the ordinary person probably wouldn't. Otherwise, nothing wrong with the trimmer.

its not that this product is just what i needed and it was perfect design has it all but i want to give a big shout out to Amazon you guys and girls are amazing hit send and like magic its there good by brick and mortar shopping if you can type Amazon has it how simple is that thank you amazon

I have had many trimmers over the years but this was my first battery operated one. I was attracted by the low price (mid-$80s) and the (small number of) reviews, which were all 5 stars. Stupid me! I have ended up sending this back and buying a Black & Decker, which is a totally different animal with none of the Maxlander's problems.. Here is my list of problems & frustrations with the Maxlander:1) It comes with *no* directions for assembly or operation. In contrast, the B&D came with a 12 page, easy-to-understand manual. Although neither assemble or operation is complex, it is not entirely intuitive. There are a number of important issues with the use & storage of the battery about which the buyer is told nothing.2) This trimmer comes with a number of pre-wound string spools, which is great. However, they are wound entirely wrong, so that the string keeps getting tangled as it feeds. The first picture I've attached is from the B&D manual, the second shows the Maxlander spools, which look like they were wound by a child.3) After having to untangle the cord many times, I unwound the string & rewound it correctly. This showed up the final problem: Even with the string wound on smoothly, the Maxlander did not smoothly feed the string. Numerous times, I had to open the spool cover & pull out fresh string (which was not knotted, just broken off).To end on a positive note, the Maxlander is very light weight and (other than the problems mentioned) easy to use. However, I am returning mine and do not recommend that you buy one.

Tanto en el grafico como en la tabla comparativa, mencionan que cuenta con 2 baterias, el producto lo entregaron con solo 1 bateria ( en la caja existe una leyenda donde si existe el proiducto con 2 baterias.. Deberian de eliminar las graficas que NO corresponden al contenido del producto que estamos comprando.
