Rough Start: A Motorcycle Club New Adult Romance (Screaming Demons MC Book 1)

This is a new author for me and I am still undecided about it. The story is quite good but the characters are not your usual MC guys.

They were best friends but went there separate ways now eliana having to pay the debt her father as rack up and it's with kye her old best friend his not boy she once know can she bring back the person she knew all those years ago or is he tame by the bad boy mc, there's cheating and action and ends with cliff hanger

This book took me far too long to read I kept losing interest it was long winded it took long to get to the here and now then nothing..... Read the next hook for more. Really nor for me.

This book hits the road running and continues right to the end. Eli loves Kye and he loves her but other things get in the way of their life. Despite their best efforts they end up going separate ways. Eli to college and Kye with the Screaming Demons the local MC gang. This is a fantastic book, well written, great characters and a storyline that keeps you riveted to the end of the book. Be aware book 1 leaves you on a bit of a cliffhanger but you will not have to wait long for books 2 & 3. As a lucky ARC reader I have already started book 2 and believe me it is of the same caliber as 1.I received an ARC of this book from the author and voluntarily leave this honest review.

This was a fabulous refreshing book! Kye and eli's love had great sparks, I loved how they spar off each other. Just when you think yes!!, We are 10 feet back again always left you needing to read more. At the end I was like noooo what? why??? lol so went and bought 2nd book straight away. So well done it's well written, being a biker I just loved it!! Loving the next book can't wait for the rest thank you!

A good storyline which is setting the scene for the future as it deals with meeting up in High School etc.

I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book.Kye is coming up to 18 and in his last foster home. They make him get a job which leads to him getting involved with crime and then joining the Screaming Demons MC. Having been shot in the leg he visits his best friend Eliana to patch him up and ends up kissing her. He tries to juggle the MC with school and a relationship with Eli but struggles to give her the time she needs. He has grand plans of making something of himself to prove that he is worthy of her but she is not happy about his criminal activity. The Screaming Demons are in the middle of a war with several members trying to take over. This has involved Eli’s Dad doctoring the books at work to move stolen goods from the SD MC to the new rival gang. Kye makes a grand gesture asking Eli to prom so of course she says yes. That evening her Dad turns up at the prom telling her they have to leave town immediately as he has been found out.These two characters have such chemistry at the end I shed a few tears when he has to get her. A short read but definitely leaves you wanting the next part of the story as it ends abruptly.

Boring as fu… didn’t read 10% of it. Waste of time…
