Butler Creek02A Objective Flip Open Scope Cover Black, Size 02A (1.181-Inch, 30mm)

Butler creek makes a great, affordable, well fitting product. So much so I have one on all of my LPVOs for their objective lenses. I combine it with the push button flip up by butler creek for the ocular lens and it’s perfect. They stay in place and do not move around like some of the other caps I’ve used even ones by the manufacturer of the optic.

I purchased two pairs of these Butler flip-open scope lens caps to replace the loose, failing and aggravating caps provided by Sightron with their holographic sights. Butler Creek has nearly perfected these caps. I've had some a long time ago that weren't as good because the flange that mounts to the scope wasn't flexible enough, but these use a rubbery plastic that is just right. It stretches enough to fit but it's tight enough to stay put and not slip and rotate when you try to use them. As others have said, it's better to go a little small and stretch them as needed rather than going too large. If you are forced to go too large, you can wrap black vinyl electrical tape around the scope to shim it up to size a few thousandths of an inch per wrap. Use a good quality electrical tape, such as Scotch 33+.If you find that your lens caps won't stay closed, try pulling the caps back off a tenth of an inch or so. If they still won't stay closed, you probably need the next larger lens cap so the bases aren't stretched too much when installing.These scope caps seem a little more expensive than they should be, but you only need to buy them once, they work as they should, and they're a pleasure to use. Buying quality only hurts once... and they're not THAT expensive.

These are great for my scope, fit perfectly. I love the fact that I don't need to take off the traditional scope covers that came with my scope and worry about storing them.The product is solid. Great price.The ONLY reason I gave it a 4 star ... I'd like to see the front flip up sights have a little more of a softer detach/release clip. The eyepiece covers are PERFECT, one push and they flip up with ease...the front flip up cover can be a little stiff and pinchy on the finger to open.Stop reading my review and order a set now, you'd be crazy not to have them and crazy not to like them!

Nice secure fit on the 30mm Objective End (the front of the scope) on a Burris RT-6 1-6x24mm. Snaps down with loaded spring tension, and closes up with an nice audible and tactile click. Wonderful.

Recieced the scope cover and it fit like it was supposed to.

Bought this for a Bushnell 1-4×24 ffp ar optic and fit perfectly. Ive been buying Butler Creek scope caps for quite some time and go on every scope I have.

I purchased a set of these for my Docter 8x58 binoculars last year. I loved being able to flip open the caps instead of pulling off the original caps and trying to fit them into my pocket every time. I recently got a Leica 8x20 Monovid monocular. It's a very pricey item that comes only with an eyepiece cap but no front objective cap. It does come with a case but it's not a great solution if you're a hiker. I ordered the Butler Creek 30mm flip cap for the front of the monocular. It now won't fit into the original case but it's ok. I either put it into my pocket or backpack. It's a great solution because it stays on the scope at all times and won't get dropped or lost!!

J'ai acheté 6 couvercles de lentille Butler Creek pour mes différents télescopes d'arme à feu. J'adore!!! Plus besoin d'enlever les protèges lentilles, Il ne suffit plus que d'une pression du pouce pour avoir accès à notre objectif. Les scope covers restent ouvert et sans bouger lors du tir grâce à ses ressorts. Fonctionnent parfaitement autant avec une .22LR, 7.62x39, 7.62x54R ou calibre 12. Puisque je n'étais pas certain de mes grosseurs d'objectifs pour 2 de mes télescopes, j'ai acheté une taille un point plus grand. Lors de l'installation, j'ai simplement collé un morceau de tape électrique à l'intérieur des scope covers qui étaient un peu trop grand et voilà. Une installation esthétique, solide et surtout sans endommager mes lunettes de visées. Vous pouvez regarder les photos du produit final une fois installé sur 2 de mes armes. Bon produits, belle apparence, protège parfaitement vos objectif. Je recommande ces produits! Livré en 2 jours avec amazon prime.

vector optics foresterと同時購入しました。装着は少しきつめですが、サバゲ用なのでハードな使い方しても取れなさそうです。フタを開ける時のパチンって感触と音だけでめっちゃテンション上がります笑
