Worth of Money.... Amazing
I got delivery yesterday and it was so easy to install as well. Performing well as of now...Very happy with the product and packaging.You have fan speed control (3 High speed,2 Medium, 1 low speed) and in functions mode you have 3 options ( only Pumping, Pumping +swing, only swing).Water cabin is at backside of the air cooler which is the cons I felt and there is no remote control as well.Water level indicator is at bottom of the cooler & also we can drain the unused water from the cooler, we have stoppage backside of the cooler.Good product, Happy cooling.

Bad experience with Hindware Support
After few days the pump stopped working, Reporting it to Hindware customer care, promising to fix it within 24-48 hours and after that a new service engineer calls every day but no one came. Very bad experience with hindware's after sale support.

Do not buy this!
Do not, I repeat do not buy any cooler from Hindware. The product in itself is fine but their service, customer care is pathetic. They don't have spare parts and if in case something stops working, you will keep on waiting your whole life for service. The motor of my cooler which is in warranty period has a defect and had to be replaced. I am waiting since 2 months and I have called each day of these 2 months. And everyday I get the same standard reply we don't have motor of this model, we have raised a request. No technician has bothered to do home visit, no one bothers to call. The spare parts of hindware products aren't even available outside in market. This is what an electrician told me when I called my private person since these guys weren't bothering. If you want your cooler to just lie idle go ahead and buy at your own risk

Poor Quality
Cooling is ok...! Considerably noisy. Very poor quality material has been used. The pump went off in less.than a month. The wheels have broken shortly after. And there's leakage from the joints.... Not happy with the purchase... :((
