Q: Where do I buy a replacement cap

Mine has also broken, and due to pressure from the threads not physical damage. I can't find a replacement cap, and Stansport has not responded to my emails. Buyer beware!

Yes, according to Stansport, it is BPA free.

Q: Is the outer border stainless steel or is that plastic too

It is stainless steele. My son uses it all the time,wholes alot of water!

Q: Is the strap long enough to go crossbody

Strap is very short. I replaced it with a strap I had from something else.
