I hate mushrooms so I was worried how this would taste, but it tastes like brown sugar syrup. I used the whole bottle, didn't notice any difference but is one of those things that you hope is helping even if you can't tell that it is :)

I’ve been using MaryRuth’s mushroom supplement for a few months now, and the results have been incredible. I noticed almost immediately how much it improved my focus and mental clarity. Now this is not a miracle and does not compare to ADHD medication I’ve taken in the past but I’m trying to take a natural route to treat the condition.I’ve tried other mushroom supplements before, but none have delivered these kinds of noticeable results. I also question how ‘clean’ the ingredients are. MaryRuth’s clearly puts a lot of thought into their formulations, and you can tell the quality is top-notch.This supplement worked so well for me that I decided to try other MaryRuth’s products, and now I’m a huge fan of the brand. First time using this product and soon afterwards noticed anxiety and heart racing. Though I should probably read the bad reviews…sadly there were a few mentioning this side effect. Not to say it is the manufacturers fault, after all every (body) is different. Just making an observation. I will try again tomorrow to see if it works in the same way. Will update my review as well.

I decided to try this product after doing some research and I went with this brand since it is pretty widely trusted. I noticed a difference in my focus pretty quickly but remained skeptical fearing it could be the placebo effect. I take the recommended amount before leaving for work each day (7AM) and it seemed to help carry me through to about 2PM. On a particularly tough day, I take another dropper around 12/1 PM to help me sustain focus and attention until 4:30/5PM. Flavor is earthy and mildly sweet. The texture is a tiny bit challenging for me so I chase it with the last sip of my coffee😊 After going through one full bottle I waited 3 weeks to purchase again to see if I could truly say it made a difference and for me, there is a noticeable change. Purchased a 2nd bottle and will now recommend it to friends and family.
