One beefy lock!
This is one of the most secure puck locks out there. It's got several features that render it almost impervious to any sort of brute-force attack. Can't drill it easily, certainly aren't going to melt it and you aren't going to beat it or pry it off either. I've seen a few people pick it on Youtube but they are picking it in their shop, in a vise under ideal circumstances. My application for this lock makes it impossible to pick. Because of where it is located and how I have it oriented, you are unable to get any sort of picking tools into the keyway. And there's no way to get both hands in there to pick it. Suffice it to say I am confident that the things I am securing with this lock will remain safe no matter what. And to that person who reviewed it earlier ' YES - puck locks are this loose. If you use it with the recommended hasp it is very secure.

Good, high quality lock
Great lock, this is about as heavy duty as it gets for puck style locks. All hardened steel, high quality, extremely pick resistant core. For the reviews about it sitting loose. Pretty much all puck locks sit loose in the hasp. Unless you buy a hasp that fits perfectly, which I haven't seen outside of custom setups.

Very Secure Mul-t-lock TR 100 "Hockey Puck" padlock (Keyed Different)
I really like this lock--very sturdy but I would have liked a little smaller diameter as the Hasp itself (that you mount the lock to) is not perfectly round. The result is very little space between the lock and the hasp.. I hope I can open it in the winter.. I will update on this later..

Do all puck locks fit this loose?
I really wanted to like this lock. Especially after I read the reviews on the Master Lock unit (keys breaking off in cylinder). I used to work for De La Rue Currency and we bought all of our equipment locks from Abloy (MFG behind the brand). Top quality stuff. The lock and cylinder seem to function fine. My complaint is in the design. To accompany this unit I purchased the Mul-T-Lock hasp. Did this because I wanted the cylinder to face down (weather reasons) and I figured it would be designed to work with the lock. Work it does but the variance in dimensions between the holes in the hasp and the bar in the lock make this a very loose fitting unit. I don't want press fit but a 1/16" difference in sizes would have been ideal. Even 1/8" would have been fine. The bar is 3/8" in diameter but the hole in the hasp has a 5/8" OD.Perhaps I'm just not that familiar with puck locks and they all hang kind of loose in the hasp. I've seen these on vans and figured why not use one of these to secure my shed. Now one of the doors is loose and rattles around. Easy to get a pry bar behind it. Also the hasp does not appear to be hardened. I drilled the 3/8" carriage bolt hole with the hasp on the door. The 3/8" black oxide drill bit chewed through the hasp like butter. Hope the cameras in my yard are a greater deterrent.

We you want more than ok
Replaced the aluminum puck lock the harden steel should be resistant drilling attacks. Also the key should be harder to pick because the interactive elements

This is a beast of a puck lock. (But read on for more info).
This is a beast of a puck lock. The cylinder fit to housing upon unlock is sloppy and I was expecting more exacting tolerances. I am not expecting this to be a hinderance to the operation of the lock and hope it won’t be an issue down the road. It is a six pin security lock. The issue I had was the shipping. The lock comes in a small box that was taped closed. This was shipped in an shipping envelope that allowed the box to bang around inside. The heavy lock hit the keys in transit and both keys were bent upon arriving. The lock had burst the box open and the contents arrived loose in the envelope. Straightening the keys the lock worked a few times and then would not open the lock unless I played with it quite a bit. I gave up and returned the lock to Amazon. The 2nd lock arrived in record time. Literally the next day. The shipping still is an issue. The small box from the manufacturer was now taped on all sides. But still in the same shipping pouch. The lock and contents arrived intact. However the keys placed at the end of the box were impacted by the lock itself but only one key was bent. I did gently bend it flat and the lock is working fine. Both keys work. The cylinder is a bit sloppy in the housing upon opening the lock. But I do not know if this will be an issue. Right now, this is the best heavy duty puck style lock I was able to find for my Proven Industries Airstream coupler lock.PROS:1) Heavy duty stainless steel housing is weather resistant and durable.2) 6 pin cylinder has stainless pick resistant design and is weather resistant and durable.3) Keys are cut on both sides for security.4) Cylinder is removable and replaceable.CONS:1) Cylinder to housing tolerances are sloppy.2) Keys are soft brass with plastic caps. A solid nickel option would be nice.3) Cost - I expected more from a lock costing $100+4) the Stainless steel was chosen for ease of machining but this also makes it easy to drill out.I am currently checking into a replacement cylinder and have seen 7 pin and have read there is an 8 pin cylinder. Perhaps a better tooled cylinder might exist that will address all of the concerns I have. A few thousandth thicker to take up the play in the gap. Nickel 7 or 8 pin cylinder & keys. We will see. Hopefully a ultra high security cylinder that is designed to make drill out impractical or harder. The issue it seems is all in the cylinder design and tooling.
