I bought this case but had to send it back as the iPad holder was miss shaped and bulged at one side causing it to not fit the iPad properly. It seemed like a defect in manufacturing.Couldn’t fault anything else about it though. Keyboard paired easy and was nice to use. I liked the fact you had the option to use it in the raised angle too and the lights are good.

This is a xmas present for my daughter. So we've not tested it yet, but it does look good and seems of a great quality

Inateck keyboard with stand works by pairing device with bluetooth. The backlight goes off automatically after 30 seconds, in order to preserve its battery. The keyboard is slightly different; it took me a while to figure out the @ symbol had moved to the right and the Escape key seems to be missing, although changing the Caps Lock Key to ESC can be done in iPad settings: general/keyboard/hardware keyboard/modifier keys. The keyboard itself offers 7 different colours as a backlight with a random colour breathing effect, which I found too distracting, so I made my keyboard backlight green on the dimmest setting. Works well for my limited use, but if you’re going to be using a keyboard for hours a day, you should maybe get one that’s a little more robust. You get what you pay for.

Before buying this keyboard case I was hesitant because I read some overall good but mixed reviews about this product. I was still very interested but was not confident in the purchase. But now that I have it and tested it throughout the day the only thing i can say is wow! Firstly, the entire case and keyboard feel very high quality, it even surprised me a bit because some of the pics from other reviewers made the case look like it was a bit flimsy. The case itself is very durable and sturdy. One concern i had about this product before I purchased it was the weight. I was concerned that the iPad with the case and keyboard would add significant weight. Although it does add a bit more weight to your iPad, I personally do not mind it because the extra weight makes me feel more confident in this thing taking a tumble. The keyboard is responsive and the travel in the keys themselves is very nice. Not too loud and not too soft. The RGB is a nice touch too, i enjoyed the different colors and breathing effect. One of the most underrated part of this product is the kickstand. It has a really nice resistance to it which feels really nice and sturdy when setting it up. You have full confidence that this thing will not tip over, trust me its a good kickstand. I use this for graphic design for work and its sturdy and holds up well. The iPad also does lock on its own when you close the case, which is really nice too. They RGB lights go to sleep when you’re not using the keyboard it after 30 seconds, which i find a bit annoying but its useful to save the battery life so i don’t mind it too much. I can’t say much about the batter life since i just tested it a couple hours ago but it hasn’t died yet so take that as you may. I also wish it was usb c compatible which would be very useful with the newer iPads that have usb c. You can also disconnect the case from the keyboard which i really like the option of having that. I always enjoyed the Microsoft surface type of look with a tablet and keyboard and this is exactly what i was looking for. Although it is definitely not as easy to connect this keyboard compared to a Microsoft surface magnetic type of connection. This connects by just sliding this pins into there slots sort of like locking it in. Once you get used to it it isn’t so bad but again, its not as easy as a Microsoft surface keyboard but i do enjoy having the option of removing the keyboard from the case. I also enjoyed the lifted angle it has when typing. You can also have the keyboard flat if you prefer to type that way. There is also a slot for your Apple Pencil which i find very useful to protect your Apple Pencil when carrying around your iPad and pencil. Overall I am very happy with this product and purchase, especially for the price. Funny enough i had this product in my basket for about a week, then i come back and see it dropped in price by $10 and thats when i pulled the trigger. Couldn’t ask for more, them boys at Inateck have the right idea! If you’re debating getting this for your iPad…. Don’t. Trust me its worth it.

1a Alternative für eine Originaltastatur zu einem unschlagbaren Preis. Die Tastatur funktioniert einwandfrei. Keine Probleme bei der Bluetooth Verbindung. Zur Batterie-Leistung kann ich noch nicht viel sagen aber der Ladezustand ist immer top. Super Tastenanschlag. Was mir wichtig war ist, die Tastatur aufzuklappen und gleich benutzen zu können, ohne das Pad noch versetzen zu müssen. Dies ist mit der Tastatur möglich im Vergleich zu den meisten anderen Produkten, bei denen man das Pad erst an die Tastatur ransetzen muss. Die Beleuchtung kann man auch (zum Glück) auf eine einheitliche Farbe stellen. Einziges Manko, die Beleuchtung bleibt nicht so lange an, wie beschrieben. Sie erlischt nach ca. 10 Sekunden und hat auch eine gewisse aber akzeptable Verzögerung beim Wiederverwenden.Das Gehäuse wirkt sehr robust und mit den verstärkten Eck-Puffern sicher. Die Tastatur ist auch sehr einfach vom Bumper abzunehmen und sitzt trotzdem wieder fest und sicher nach der WWiedermontage. Wie die Abnutzung nach häufiger Demontage ist, kann ich noch nicht sagen, ebenso wenig, wie sich die Festigkeit des Standfußes nach einiger Zeit verhält. Aktuell ist dieser noch sehr stabil, trotz häufiger Verwendung

Die Bluetooth-Tastatur kann ich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Akkulaufzeit sehr gut, Qualität der Tastatur, Verarbeitung und Beleuchtung sehr gut. Das Ipad Air 4. Generation passt perfekt. Die Tastatur kam wie beschrieben, liess sich ohne Probleme verbinden. Unschlagbares Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wer keine teure Apple Tastatur/Case braucht und auf ein integriertes Trackpad verzichten kann und dafür ein gutes Case mit RGB Beleuchtung und solider Tastatur sucht, der ist hiermit sehr gut bedient. Pencil lässt sich auch mit Case laden und im Casye sauber und sicher verstauen. Die Tastatur kann auch vom Case abgetrennt werden.
