It does what it is supposed to, but there are some issues. There is a large weld spot sticking out inside the tube where the barbell is supposed to go. It prevented me from initially putting it on the end of the barbell. Finally was able to get the filed down enough to allow it to slip on and then it works great. It was cheap so I was not as upset as I would have been if I had paid prices that are charge by some higher priced companies for the same product. Just be aware this could happen to you, and that the product comes with some potential quality control issues from the company.

Everything workout related carries an inflated price as a result of the home gym craze during the pandemic. This was reasonably priced and seems pretty durable, although only time will tell how it hold up. Easily slides onto the bar and works well. Seems pretty good for the price, which was much less than local retailers pr big name Online brands. I have purchased several Yes4All products and they are a good value. Does the same thing for much less money.

So much easier for me to use during my single arm rows. I own an Olympic barbell and used to grab the very end of the barbell to perform my rows. This would be difficult due to the width of the ends. I have big hands to hold on, but felt my forearm was going to explode and off course my arm would tire out quicker. With this attachment I have a better grip, more comfortable and a concentrated work out to my lats during my rows.
