Buy exact size pillow insert
Be careful with the zipper. It does not close easily--I was afraid I would break it. Do not buy "a size larger" pillow insert. That would make the pillow too fat. Very nice product except a little expensive. Cost more than the secondhand chair I bought the pillow to go with!

I RECEIVED SOMETING LOOKING LIKE A FLIMSY, MINUSCULE MATTRESS COVER WITH ELASTIC RIM, WHICH IS NOT A PILLOW CASE AT ALL, THERE'S NO ZIPPER AND YOU CAN'T EVEN PUT IT OVER A PILLOW. THE MATERIAL IS CHEAPEST PLASTIC. 31.19 USD IN THE TRASH, WAS NOT EVEN WORSE THE HUSTLE TO RETURN. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL.
