Havent been stressed for months!
I cut one open to satisfy my curiosity, and I think I like the feeling more without the sleeve. I recommend it, I'm a changed man now. Spirituality renewing, therapeutic, and one hell of a party pleaser

Great present to help relieve college stress
My friend gave this to me and I've been using it for the past few days daily. The 3 different resistances of the balls make for a nice selection and the fabric is high quality. I can tell it won't rip or tear. These are the nicest stress balls I own. I would recommend these to friends.

Love Love Love!!
I absolutely LOVE these stress balls as you can see. I just received the top three, they each have a different firmness, which is great! Both of my parents just became hooked on them too! The company is amazing too and have great customer service and quick response time. Highly recommend, if you're looking for some stress relief.

Absolutely love these!
Love these new hand therapy exercise balls from Serenilite! The texture of the fabric on the outside of the balls is soft, and silky! These are not sticky, and won’t pick up dust or dirt if dropped. The colors are calming, and the set comes with three different balls. I keep one in my purse, and my two sons typically are fighting over the other two! And, let me say that the company has amazing customer service.I am a teacher, and spend a lot of time public speaking. I use the white or blue stress ball during lectures and while proctoring exams. I also have a lot of anxiety going to the dentist, so I ALWAYS carry one of these with me. I can’t tell you how much it helps to focus on squeezing the ball rather than the procedure. I also tend to pick at my nails, which is a habit I have wanted to break for a long time. Using a Serebilite stress ball keep me occupied and I don’t have the desire to pick.Overall, these are durable (I’ve had them for years), easy to use, and useful for individuals like me who are prone to anxiety! Buy them! Put one in your bag and use it! You will be amazed at how much it helps!

Love that I can continue gaining strength after PT!
I absolutely love these! I just finished with my physical therapy. I was worried I would lose momentum and continuing to progress with my wrist and grip strength. It's great that there are three different strengths to choose from. I keep these at my work desk. Definitely a satisfied customer here!!

The best stress ball ever
I lift weights and my hands can hurt sometimes from refusing to use gloves or adaptive equipment. Sometimes the tendons my hands and wrists hurt a little and the discomfort affects my mobility with typing and whatever else. Serenlite's stress balls have been amazing for quickening my recovery time so that I do not have to take days off from the gym.The seams on the balls are very strong and do not wear out unless you use it for anything other than therapy, such as bouncing it off the floor or wall, so do not do that. Everyone is usually jealous that they do not have one and there are many positive comments to the high quality that the stress ball has.

Very fancy
I wanted to find some stress balls as a gift for someone who was...uhh.... well, looking for ways to deal with stress. (Aren't we all?) But I didn't want to give him some 99 cent too-squishy ball with, like, a smiley face on them or something. These are like the grown up version of that. Very nice. Heavier. In very sleek packaging. Do stress ball lovers exist? If you're one of those, you NEED these.

Tough
My doctor told me to get some stress balls/exercise balls for my hands and I went with these. You don’t realize how weak something has gotten until you try to work on it. Lol. I’ve got neuropathy in both of my hands and am starting to get ‘trigger’ finger on my left middle finger. So, doc suggests to get some balls to play with. Order this 3 pack to check out and holy smokes they are tough suckers. Though after some time and training I guess my hands have gotten a little stronger and it’s not as painful to try and squeeze the least resistant one anymore. They are a little smaller than a baseball or tennis ball so they fit easy in my hands. Which aren’t super tiny but not big strong man hands either. Kudos to the company. I’d say it’s a good product.

Good quality
Really good quality. I have fractured both my thumbs. I can't use them to full capacity as yet as the resistance is too much and I'm using a foam ball. However, even at this stage I can feel the difference in the soft, medium and hard. These are really good for building up strength and grip, the fabric feel is better than plastic. They're the right size for my hand.

Excellent little exercise/stress balls.
I can't say how durable they are because I have only been using them for a few days, but first impressions are good. They ate accurately graded as soft, medium and hard. They are well packaged and come in their own handy storage tube. I am.using them to strengthen the fingers in my left hand after an operation and, so far, they are perfect for my uses.

Perfect for trying to strengthen my uands
I like that they are covered, which makes them easier/nicer to handle, three different densities as described. One set of stitching the tail has come loose, but the stitches haven't come undone, otherwise perfect.
