ESS Dual Engine Sound Simulator System For Traxxas TRX4, Axial Wraith SCX10 SCX10 II RC Models

Love this sound system...got a TRAXXAS TRX-4 ('79 Blazer) for my grandson and added this to the vehicle as soon as I saw it available...had initially looked at getting gas/nitro because I wanted it to have "sound", but determined the electric was really the way to go for my needs, so, was disappointed it wouldn't make any "noise", then I saw this! It can be cranked up so loud it becomes annoying, especially to your neighbors, but it has a convenient volume control so can be adapted easily to whatever environment you are in...install quick...note, if you turn it off with the provided switch, sometimes when you turn it back on it will not activate - in that case just tap one of the volume buttons and it will wake up...

Tight fit under the hood for K10 but sounds great! Would recommend and will probably buy another.

Sound adds to the coolness of your crawler. I use it on a crawler but it does have multiple sound affects to select. It should be noted the site where you download sounds from can be picky. It took a little trial and error to get the software setup. It’s not all the company’s fault. Your firewall setting could be the culprit. Overall I like the device, the software is free so it is what it is.

I’m writing this to give warning to everyone. I bought this for a brand new traxxas trx4 bronco. I hooked it up correctly and it seemed to work fine. I disconnected the power to it to mount it and when I reconnected the power, without even turning it back on, the wire to the speaker glowed white and caught fire. Now not only is the speaker damaged but it melted part of the rc car which I have to pay to replace.

This little thing rocks some awesome sound. you can download additional sounds fom their web site. sound level is very loud, blocks the sound of electric RC vehicles. At first I thought it was overpriced, but thte quality of it is excellent. I would highly recommend this.

The media could not be loaded.  Awesome product for your scale rig. Stupid simple install just make sure to calibrate for the best results possible. Comes with a few different sounds and is very very loud!!
