No insulation at all.
There is literally not a single piece of insulation in the item. It is two (poorly) stitched bits of nylon with a zipper. Not at all fit for purpose. These should come with waterproof insulation (usually polyester).

It's a great lightweight sleeping bag
This was my sleeping bag while hammoc camping for a 3 day hike covering 20+ miles and the first night was hard the second night was way better cause I wasn't set up directly in a wind path kept me warm super lightweight very easy to pack up

Not the same as the military version
I was surprised to see that the product is a knock-off of the military version, and simply not as comfortable. additionally, it is a bit smaller than what I was issued by the Army and not as soft. It is, however, lighter and more compact. It comes with a nice sack for travel purposes.

Just a bit snug.
I like it but if they would make it a little bit wider I would love it. I am 6'2" and 215 lbs. so not a little guy but not that big either. It is just a bit snug when zipped up. Not that the company reads these but it would be great if it was about 4 inches wider.
