DellP2418HZm 24" Monitor for Video Conferencing - P Series,black/silver

Bought this Dell monitor after much research, and it fits my needs perfectly. Picture quality is great, controls are intuitive, adjustability of height and angle is really nice and works well. Had purchased an Asus initially, but was not happy with that choice at all. However, I highly recommend this one.

I was wary about buying a DELL product because I just don't like the brand but I wanted a bigger monitor with a built in webcam and I needed it quickly so I purchased this monitor on April 3, 2020 and received April 4, 2020. Today is September 22,2020 and the monitor is completely DEAD! I used it the previous evening for a zoom meeting, today I went to use it and it wouldn't respond. I tried unplugging and reconnecting it only to determine there is actually no power at all no matter where I plugged it in. Thankfully I kept my old monitor in the box that this Dell monitor came in. I connected my old monitor to my computer and it works fine. I've since ordered a stand alone webcam which is what I should have done in the first place. I should have trusted my instincts and not purchased a DELL. Their products are garbage. Kudos to AMAZON for making the return of this monitor very easy.
