Cheaply made processor and they have horrible business practices. Terrible customer service! You’ve been warned. Don’t be fooled by the cheapest price around,You’ll be getting the cheapest processor around. They are really expensive to have hung up and the company doesn’t take accountability for selling cheaply made tools. They have no business in the beauty industry 100%

Worked for approximately 12 months then one day the ring infrared light stopped working. The entire time it worked it would make cracking sounds when cooling down that would startle my guests. If I had paid $200 for it I wouldn't be upset however for a $800 product and cost to have installed I'm very disappointed. Do not recommend.

so happy that I finally found a hair dryer that can dry my long, thick hair quickly, yet does not damage it !

Well made and works just as described. Very happy with this purchase. Looking to purchase a few more in the near future
