I've purchased both the customized (with inscription) and the assortment without inscription from this company. Both turned out great and the audience loves them. In fact, each year my clients are asking me if they're going to get "that cool pen" again. It's funny how just the right promo item can have such a lasting impression. But then, that's the whole purpose for these giveaways, isn't it?Some things to know: it is shipped from overseas, and they use a logistics company (in this case. YunExpress) that then goes through a local carrier (FedEx, USPS, etc) to get it to you in the U.S. So, to avoid the three days of headaches I went through, get the name of the U.S./local carrier ASAP. The next time I order, I will be insisting that they do not go through USPS (the only hiccup was trying to get a real person at the local post office to answer when the package was late, but worked out in the end). Again, communication by MengRan, the seller/supplier is excellent and they typically responded within hours.Another good thing to know is that Amazon is totally wrong about the shipping time. It is WAY faster than listed. We needed it for an event the next week and it was shipped within two days of receipt, which was amazing given that it was a large order (almost 500 items). The delay came when it was received by the USPS. So again, not a reflection of MengRan, who did an excellent job of getting it to the U.S. quickly.Finally, I was given a strict budget to work with. After comparing it against other items, this was the best deal with shipping. I wish they had a larger font selection, but then again, I was working with a budget and a deadline. They do, however, have a nice assortment of colors to choose from.TL;DR - This pen with shipping is the best deal, especially for an inscribed item, and is shipped quickly. Get the name of the U.S. Carrier ASAP so that if there is a delay you can work with your local carrier.

We use these for our business to give out, and everyone loves them and wants them. This was our 3rd purchase of these and we will be buying more. I should probably just bite the bullet and buy a huge box. If there was a large discount for larger purchases I would probably do that, but I didn't see one so I'll just continue to buy as needed. They do take a little bit of time to get them, but they look AWESOME and you can get them in different colors, but we tend to stick with our chosen business colors. And they have the rubber top so you can use them on computer and phone screens. They write well and last long too.

I have been ordering these for almost 3 years now in various patterns and my clients always ask for these. I have to have them sign multiple pages of paperwork and the biggest compliment I get is that they like the stylist on the end. i can't wait to see what their reaction will be to this pattern.

The pens are not only pretty, but help you write with ease. If you are looking for attractive pens, these will deliver!I have just about used up the complete set of 12 pens that I bought. They break easily, so they do not last long. Because of this, I took away one star. They are still beautiful and fun to use. I even bought another set.

I got these pens for work. I am very pleased with the quality and performance of these pens. They write smooth, the weight is evenly distributed in your hand while writing, and the pens look more professional than a cheap bic. The clip is not the best, but I dont use that feature. They are well worth the money. I will be purchasing them again.

Don't lose the spring on your old pen or these will be useless. They write very well, but they *should* have included springs with them.

Great value. Beautiful pens. We use these more for the stylus than anything. However, I am an ink pen junkie, and this is one of my favorite writing pens. The only thing I don't like about it is that you have to twist the tip near the writing end to use it. I'd prefer a click pen. The clip on stub is very sturdy. The stylus has held up better than any I have bought so far. Great deal, great gift!
