Once you get this assembled in place it works properly. Assembly could be better explained and window fit should be checked before you buy. It does not fit all styles of windows and can cause damage if used in the wrong style of window sash.

Helped level my 8,000 BTU window unit.

I could not get this to work with my window. Also there was no way I could use it without having to drill holes. There are a lot of similar products on the market.

Bought 2 of these. One for a smaller A/C and one for a monster size A/C. Easy and quick to install and so far so good. Very sturdy.

I found these to be perfect nothing was missing all hardware was there instructions with simple and easy perfectly supports the weights of my 5000 BTU unit.

Didn’t work and hard to install, we then had to take it back out because it only works for the outside of the window sill.

Im not sure if this will work or not, I hvnt installed my a/c yet. Condition it arrived in. I pulled the box out of the bag and I could tell the box had previously been opened and taped closed as it was ripped at the opening. Overall the box looked smashed. When I pulled the bracket out of the box, 1st thing I noticed was the level guide was broken as it was dry/empty with no ability to work. Stay tuned and after I hv installed my a/c or attempted to I will report back. Im not sure how necessary .
