Anyone interested in learning about brain health and keeping yourself sharp for many years, needs to read this amazing book. Dr. Willeumier brilliantly educates with care and gives amazing advice and exercises for your brain health. I love how you don’t have to be in the medical field to understand this well thought out book. The words flow and the education is immense. Thank you for this incredible and essential read.
