First off I have to say that for the price this bed is amazing. I opted for the darker wood color and it looks great. Having the drawers on the bed frees up some space in the room. The empty space under the bed that you can access through the doors was the real selling point. Instead of making it a storage space my son and I made a “secret place”. I strung some Christmas lights around the frame and now he uses it for reading or just a place to have all to himself. I would have loved to have that when I was young!!The put together was pretty simple and it’s a sturdy bed so it’ll last a long time. I will say the one drawback for me was the drawer assembly comes pre-assembled and just slides in once the bed is finished. That’s not the bad part. What’s frustrating is that there are only a couple screws to hold it in place. It REALLY needs to be secured better to the bed. Even with that this is still a great buy and I highly recommend it.

I waited about a week until I reviewed it and in about a month or so I’ll update, but I have found that so far this is a dream bed. It came in three large boxes, earlier than expected, not the greatest in my case because I had to be in an online meeting when it came. But that’s besides the point. The point is this is one hell of a sturdy bed. I am 350+ and I have a heavy gel purple mattress. This thing is strong and stable. Not once have I felt like it was going to break. I love the space, I love the two cord holes, I love the color, I love the sturdy ness. This is a great bed.Keep in mind it is tall. If you are on the shorter end it may be a challenge to get in bed, I find I sometimes have difficulties, but it’s worth it.Also if you are say downgrading from a queen because of space, because of the frame, it’s pretty much a queen, the only space you save is because the built in drawers and shelf.

I am so impressed with the speed at which the set was delivered. I have always been weary of purchasing furniture on line, I prefer to see it in person, but when my local furniture store delayed delivery of this set for over 2 months I decided to take a chance and order it on line. I ordered this set on a Sunday night, and by the following Thursday it was delivered! The packing was fine. My husband put it together in a couple of hours. The quality is good. The storage underneath is huge. It's a little hard to access when you need to get something out. My son basically crawls in there and gets whatever I need. He loves his 'hiding' spot. The covered cubbies on the headboard are another favorite for keeping small items out of view. I also appreciate the access on the headboard to run your extensions for electronics. The drawers aren't huge, but there are 6 of them so its enough space for a teenager. I would recommend this set for anyone not wanting the traditional dresser, nightstand look. One convenient of furniture piece to house all your bedroom needs.

This looks to be a good value for the money. It came in 3 big boxes. I put it together myself and took me about 3 hours. It’s very first bed I ever put together myself that’s why it took me that long. For reference, I’m 5’4”, 180 lbs. It’s tricky to put parts together when you’re by yourself. The headboard was especially tricky to put on when doing alone. My main comment is that the hardware is just the right number, except for one extra screw and bolt for one part - that’s well and good - but it’s the first time I’ve seen hardware that’s just the exact number. The instructions are also not intuitive. Although personally, I hate instructions without words. It’s really confusing. The instructions also had labels for the parts but the parts themselves don’t. Not entirely a big deal since there’s only a handful of parts and they’re pretty distinct. The drawers came as one piece, but one of mine has a crack on the inside. I’m still trying to look where to report this. I hope it holds up. Bought for my 3.5-year-old.

Very nice bed, easy to assemble with very few tools and little knowledge. Unfortunately, the bed I bought had the wrong instruction and hardware set. I purchased the day bed version of this set, and got the right bed but received the wrong instructions and hardware, which made for some confusing moments during initial construction. Thankfully, the company website offered quick downloads of the proper instruction set, and a quick run to the local hardware store fixed any deficiencies. Be aware, this is NOT a solo project, you will need a second set of hands to assemble this bed. Lastly, the shipping container made it impossible to get the packaged product directly into my garage, I had to unbox everything to get it in the door. The shipping pallet and all associated boxes are very tall, be ready to greet your shipping agent on arrival, and be prepared to uncrate and move everything immediately if you don't want it sitting in your driveway.

There is a small piece on both sides of this bed that requires a screwdriver, but it's such a tiny space that it's hard to fit a large hand and large screwdriver into. There are a couple of places where you need to screw directly into the wood so a power tool or super strong hands are needed. One drawer came off its railing and was difficult to realign. A piece of the wood on the face of a drawer is cracked/splintered.

This is a very beautiful, high-quality bed made of good, substantial wood. This is NOT cheap particle board!As far as assembly, I found it more difficult to assemble than some others did. Fortunately my best friend provided a great deal of help. Plus I found a few YouTube videos that were also helpful.All in all, I love my new bed! At my house, storage space is at a premium, but the six drawers provide more than enough space for all my pajamas, sheets and extra blankets. And the elegant bookcase/sideboard is spacious enough for everything I keep at my bedside!I bought this bed as a birthday present to myself, and I know I’m going to have it for many, many birthdays to come!
