I absolutely love this series of books, this one wasn't my favourite but I fall in love with the characters every time. Beautiful story telling and sexy as sin alpha male lead, always leaves you hooked

This book centres on Nitro who runs the bar in town called the Styx (think that is how it's spelt). Almost 20 years ago when Nitro was still at school, he fell in love with Cindy and they planned on spending the rest of their life together. One day soon after a car accident involving her parents she left town and Nitro never found her until one night he found her again. It turned out that she had a stalker who told her to give up Nitro as he (the stalker) had caused the accident and would do more if she didn't dump Nitro. She didn't believe him until she found the body of her cat and then she ran. Over the years she had tried dating other men but the stalker always found out and there were consequences and she stopped even trying to have a life. The MC soon gathered round to protect her and discover who the guilty party was.
