THIS PRODUCT IS VERY WELL MADE. UNFORTUNATELY, THE GRATERS WERE NOT FINE ENOUGH FOR US TO USE SUCH AS GINGER. WE SENT IT BACK BUT STILL STATE PRODUCT IS REALLY WELL MADE

The suction power isn’t strong and this makes grating difficult. I love the concept, but for me this product wasn’t easy to use.

Gone are the days of a hand grater for me. I have tried a flat slicer and have been seriously scared of losing a finger or two. So this one allows me to have no fear of that because my hand/fingers are no where near the blades while in use. I do have to be careful when cleaning the blades but that is done easily enough as I soak them in the sink so it is easy for me and no scrubbing.I do like the different choices of blades and have used several. The storage is easy and to change it is no problem for me. I wouldn't allow my teen to change the blades but for an adult it is fine. The suction of the counter is perfect and it doesn't move at all. It has been used in my kitchen many of times and will continue to do so.

I haven't used this yet, so I can't comment on ease of cleaning, use, or suction power. However, i can comment on it appearing solid and includes several additional grating blades. The instructions are thorough and easy to follow for assembly. And assembly is quite simple. I will update after I've used it for a while with the above aspects.
