4 months ago I bought this trimmer, promising myself Id go through one charge and then write a review. I charged it fully once, and then used it daily as a beard trimmer and biweekly to give myself a hair cut. Four months later, its finally died and needed a charge. Thats astounding! I've never had any personal device last 4 months on a single charge despite daily use. Functionally, it works perfectly. The plastic trim guards that come with have some rough edges but those wear down quickly, or can be emery boarded. The chassis is solid, thick metal, and the design is very simplistic (a plus, reliable and less crap to break), and 90% metal. The only plastic is in the button, the trim guards, and the motion transfer unit on the head. The manual notes you can get the head of the unit wet and even submerged, just not the side with the charging port. These are so cheap and have a great battery because they are repurposed "mech mod" 18650 vapes, with a new head attached to turn them into a trimmer. They are solid and absolutely worth the price.

This clipper is praised for its powerful motor and wide selection of guards. It's a professional-quality tool that strikes a balance between power, quality, and simplicity. Should've bought this to start with and save time and money. Couldn't be happier now.

I already had another one. The only thing is cutting guided usually are standard fit. You can use from other trimmers but not in this one.

Works great

This set is really well made. Last year I purchased a similar set and they didn't hold a candle to these trimmers. This set has well made guards (compared to similar designs). The battery last longer than the last set, shaved my entire head, trimmed down my beard and lined it up and I think the battery was maybe down 10%. The digital display is nice, I know before I go to shave my head if there is enough battery to get the job done, no more hiding in the house with half a haircut. As far as I know they are zero gap trimmers and they have a nice solid heavy duty feel in your hand.

Terrible Product pulled hair and never worked properly

Not bad overall. It trims well enough for light use, but don’t expect pro-level performance. Decent value for the price.

I got this because my new Wahl doesn’t do the neck line without a guard. The Wahl is more like a number one without a guard so it’s not a clean cut.This one works very well and I use it without a guard for the neckline specifically. I highly recommend this and it was referred to me by a niece that cuts hair professionally.
