We are so pleased with this! When our almost 4 year old broke his tibia on the trampoline on Mother’s Day, we thought that our summer would have to be over before it had even begun. Then a friend recommended we buy a Bloccs cast cover. We measured his leg and purchased the smallest size full leg cover. He isn’t a tiny kid, so I was worried it would be too small but it’s perfect. It covers his entire cast with about 3” to work with at the top. He has been in the swimming pool with it on many times and has been able to sit in the bathtub every night, without the cast getting even a little damp. It doesn’t budge, even when he scoots around on our deck to play with his siblings. This cover saved our summer, and my sanity.

Just make sure to read the sizes and measure your child’s leg/hand. My son is 7 years old, but based on the measures he got small (which is for the age 1-3). When it arrived it fits perfectly. Can’t complain. I see most of negative feedbacks are from people who didn’t actually checked the measurements but bought based on age which could be misleading

The Amazon experience of picking this up at their locker was terrible, as was Amazon's service on the phone and live chat in trying to pick it up (it was in the locker but they hadn't given us the code to open it). In the end, we didn't have this for our Father's Day visit to a lake house and I wasn't able to get in the water with my toddler with a broken leg. But that's on Amazon, not the seller.The cast cover itself is awesome.We first tried it in a tub with 2 inches of water. Then a shower, and then a hot tub. There was never a trace of water on the cast whatsoever. Do take care to dry off fully before taking the cast cover off.

I purchased this for my almost 3-year-old grandson who during a fall fractured his leg. He ended up in a long leg cast that went all the way up to the top of his leg. While waiting at the ER I ordered this and could not have been happier It fits snug at the upper leg and he didn't like it but with some distraction, he never complains, and his cast stays dry. It's a bit long on him that would be the only downside. It's durable made great and easy to get on and off.

I was hesitant to buy this product or any like it. The thought of getting my daughter's cast wet sent shivers down my spine and the idea of having to have another cast put on frightened me. I am VERY PLEASED to announce that this product works! My daughter is 5 years old and around 35 Lbs. This product fit perfectly and kept her cast dry. It was easy to get on and take off and is made well. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone with a child in a cast. My daughter took a bath just like normal and no water got in and onto her cast. Complete success!

We used this to help ease bath time worries. Put on over cast above the knee and secured well on the thigh. We did not submerg the covered leg, but poured water over it. Hung it up on a towel bar to dry. The instructiona we're very clear and helpful - take off rings to avoid puncture!

Didn’t go swimming but kept water out in the bath tub. My daughter broke her shine and had a cast from her hip down. This worked great and was a life saver. I’m sure it could work in a pool but we didn’t have the opportunity to test it.

Almost 3 year old broke his tibia and is in a full leg cast. Spent an hour totally submerged in the pool and cast came out bone dry! We submerged his leg slowly and then when the air pocket was at the top we gently burped the bubble out above water without letting water in. Texas heat calls for pool time. Great product.

I don't usually write review's but as a parent who's 10 year old son has broken his Tibia & Fibula I urgently needed a product that would help keep his full length cast dry when in the shower. This product not only did the job in the shower, it worked perfectly well in the bath too, it's been an absolute godsend believe me. The Cast cover is easy to get on and off and protects the cast extremely well (Bone dry even after 2 hours in a paddling pool with friends) the only complaint was that it becomes a little uncomfortable after wearing for prolonged periods.So if you are a parent who's child has unfortunately broken a limb (I feel for you) this product is exactly what you are looking for, I can't recommend this highly enough.Hope this helps, and good luck x

I thought I’d write this review whilst I wait in A&E for my toddler’s wet cast to be replaced. Trust me a screaming two year old having his plaster sawn off is not something I would wish on anyone.Why did I not listen to the reviews that said this didn’t work!!! Hope I suppose!The product is a much better design than others and more comfortable to wear and did keep him dry for a couple of baths but ultimately it does not work.

We bought this one as the second plaster cast cover for our little one, so she could have one for the shower and one for the outdoors to protect against sand in the beach or of course water. But sadly, didnt work so well. The plaster got wet in a couple of times, and we decided to not use it again. We reviewed well how we were putting the cover on, but it let some water to get inside. Very disappointing. We already had a Limbo for the shower, which we highly recommend over the Bloccs, and we wanted to try the Bloccs as well, but it is clear now the Bloccs are not good

I know it was a kid full leg size, however, according to the measurements, it was actually perfect as a half leg protector for a slim long legged adult female as well. I tried after Limbo protector's water accident (shower water came in to both Limbo half adult leg regular size and even Limbo slim size for UK 10) although it was NHS recommendation, however, this protector was the life saving! The material reminds me of a swimming cap and it was very soft, flexible, non-slip and waterproof. I remembered that my hair has got steamed inside of a swimming cap with own sweat steam before, so I wrapped my synth cast by a towel and then covered with this protector, so no holes by sharp edges even after a month of use and it was also very comfy as the towel kept inside dry. Also, when I raised and rested the cast on the bathtub edge, it was non slip like a yoga mat and cushioned by the towel, so it was very comfy and lying down in a bathtub and taking bath or shower relaxing was possible when I felt my ankle fracture got swollen to sit on a shower stool... less pain and less risk of blood clots by the raising. With this relaxing idea, my bones healed quicker than GP's estimation. I thank for this great product and I appreciated for detailed measurements of actual diameter and length in the listing that was very helpful. Absolutely amazing product! Relaxing bath time promoted good sleep and quick healing in my case.

I am a 5’4” lady who is having a knee replacement operation. I was recommended to purchase the Bloccs waterproof protector by someone who had used it when they had the same procedure. I emailed Bloccs as I was unsure that I would need to buy a adult size. Gina from Bloccs came back to me very promptly and suggested that I bought the large child size.. which fits perfectly… Very impressed with the customer service, well done Gina. I haven’t use it yet, but looks like it will be perfect.
