Tremco 116 Vulkem Polyurethane for Expansion Joints
I used to fill my driveway expansion joints after I cleaned and installed Backer Rod into all joints.

It's thick and sticky
This goop is thick and very sticky. It takes several days to cure a good skin on thicker deposits. I expect it to be around longer than I will as I am approaching 70. I use it on wood to wood, wood to stucco, and plan to use it for wood to concrete. Since it is urethane it sticks to just about anything except polypropylene. It seems very elastic and I believe what you find in gaps where sidewalks meet buildings. It should weather extremely well i.e. last forever. It's a bit spendy but likely worth it. It does have tiny bumps in the surface, I suppose to mimic concrete so would not use this where you want a very fine smooth finish. You can tool it with a (gloved) finger wetted with spit. Cleans up with paint thinner. Read the cautions. It is not for use inside a building, only outside.

Came quick, all was fine except it comes out of the tube slower than Vulkem I've used before. Makes me wonder if it wasn't getting old or sat on the shelf a bit too long. Made it work, but caught my attention. All in all - happy.

Better than duct tape and bailing wire!
My barn Metal was improperly nailed to the roof which caused leaks in a few places. (Thanks previous owner!) Redoing the roof on a pole barn over a few leaks was a time consuming, low priority and expensive prospect. So, last year, I used this stuff to seal every nail. No more leaks, and I get to focus wasting time and money on livestock and old tractors instead.

Great stuff and good price
This caulking is great, it’s hard to find now in some of the big box stores and CA I think has outlawed it. It’s a bummer because this stuff works great and is tough as nails. Really a great product that does what it’s advertised to do and lasts

Good product
Best sealant I ever used. Easy to work with, durable. Cures a little slower than regular silicone caulk.
