I've used this product now for 2 years & it is very good. Most women need to use a probiotic, as part of your good health.

Was recommended by natural food store person. Seems like a quality product. Has lots of different strains and prebiotics. Only concern I have is I've been reading that 4 strains in it are said to cause histamine to rise in the body so if you have allergies probably not good. I emailed the company but didn't get any response in which I was disappointed in that. It is expensive but given it has many strains its understandable. I will many not continue because of the histamine factor. Plus I am reading large amounts of strains can actually cause infection so I don't know

I purchased the 60 day supply. I was using a different brand and decided to try this because it is for women. I knew it would take a few weeks for my body to adjust . It’s been 60 days and my stool is soft. I need to use too much toilet paper, if you catch my meaning.I do not recommend this product.UPDATE: I have received a message from the seller offering a full refund because I am unhappy with this product. I am waiting for the refund and I will post when it’s received.
