Q: Whats the best way to tie this into my aftermarket alarm

It has it built in to the control box 2 wires that come out one is a postive trigger and one is negative trigger so you can tie that into your alarms corresponding trigger wire.

Q: Can i get the kit for just a two door car

Yes, it will work on just two doors, this would leave you with one extra that you can install on the rear hatch, and still have one extra actuator as a spare in the event one of the others fails at some time in the future.

Q: The battery in my van died. I recharged it, but now the door popper doesn't work. Not even when I use the key to manually lock/unlock?

My car has been sitting for a while and I haven’t had my battery die on me as for not being able to open it that’s probably because a bad install

Q: I found that i didn’t ground it correctly so i fixed that. but now if i try to lock everything it locks and unlocks right after. any suggestions?

Mine did that before. It’s becsuse I didn’t mount it in a way that the piston could extend fully. If it only has enough room to push out half way, the piston will retract automatically.
