I loved this stuff till my 4th bottle. Something went wrong the flavor was off and I got restless leg all night and kept me up all night. I’m so afraid to even try the 5th bottle I bought 2 because they were half off. I see why now. I’ll try the 5th bottle during the day just in case since I didn’t sleep the last 2 nights ugh sad day. 😩😩😩😩😩😩😩

I suffer from insomnia and I found this to best over counter gummies for sleep. The taste is one of the best from all the ones I have tasted. Overall they workout perfect for me.

I’ve tried a type of melatonin gummy that I purchased in Walmart, it’s the main brand of vitamin that they carry I cannot remember the brand, they are orange flavored, and also tried Olly, neither worked great. These have worked the absolute best for sleep and I love the added benefit of the biotin because I have used biotin before and it does help with hair growth if you stick with it.

first of all, mine arrived all clumped up together so I had to unclump them myself with pliers. Secondly, there's a flavor in there that i don't care for. Not sure if it's honey or elderberry but you can smell it but also taste it at the end. Not a huge fan. For the most part, it works. I normally have to take 2-3 to really knock me out but it helps mainly with my anxiety rather than my inability to sleep. The problem for me is i take 2 of these and will continue working on my laptop. I suppose if you take 2 of these then get into bed they would be more effective but when I take them while working, I can feel the tiredness feeling but then it just goes away which renders them ineffective and i basically wasted 2 doses. I would look for something stronger and better (tasting), but it does do the job... sometimes

Good product but I personally do not like it. It take me about an hour to sleep after taking it.

I thought they wouldn't really help me sleep since it's only 5mg melatonin but they actually did a good job..But Maybe now my body is getting is too used to them since I've been taking them every night..not sure about the beauty part but they taste good too.

I fall asleep within one hr. Slept thru the night.
