I found this book to be very informative and it was easy to understand.. It was a quick read but it kept me intrigued the whole time.. I could barely put it down.. I definitely recommend this book to anyone looking to get a house or just investing.. Alicia Cox really broke it down in easy terms..

The negative reviews on here must be competition! She explains everything in detail and plugs her course eventually which she should do. You can’t or shouldn’t go into your first deal without a hand holder. That’s why doctors of all levels are overseen for multiple hours before flying on their own. This book is for the newbie and those who’ve only done a few wholesale deals. This was an easy read spelled out in laymen’s terms! Thank you Alicia Cox. I don’t know this woman, wasn’t payed for a plug and actually don’t know how I learned about her book but I’m showing appreciation for a subject I was confused about and now I know.

Very informational, answered a couple of questions I had about Sub 2 deals. I have more clarity on how these deals work now.

Grab this book and read it, then read it again. Then go out and do something !!! You are the answer to your life's questions.

Good introduction to the subject. I guess that we'll get the nuts and bolts when we take the Sub To course.

I felt this book was simply a lengthy definition and explanation of what a Subject-To is. You will not learn very much of the process or details as you will be constantly referenced to the authors webpage and YouTube channel for such details. To be honest, I found this to be an extremely amateur book, and probably the worst editing I have ever seen. After the 12th spelling error I found myself getting a pen and making a game of it. I do not know how a book made it through publishing with so many grammatical errors. It was as though they just did spell-check in Word. The wording is also very raw and not very polished. With this all said, it was at least informative, and I found myself understanding more about Subject-To mortgages. It was also a very quick read as well.

A perfect overview book to learn how to invest Subject To. I’ve learned about lease options before, but coupling it with Subject To investing will become a winning formula. The book is a perfect length as well as I was able to read in under a week! 5 star recommendation.

This book is a great on ramp to sub2 investing.It seems to cover everything albeit from 10k foot view.I found it more detailed than what I have found for free on YouTube so far. (Excited to now discover her YT channel)Alicia does a great job of setting expectations and erasing doubt about this type of investing.Author guides reader to take on a mindset of problem solved who is truly their to help.
