I really enjoyed this set of mysteries. The fact that so many things could happen in such a short time is a bit implausible, but it is fiction after all. The characters were fun.

Twists and turns to the very end, and a good mix of humor. Thanks for a boxed set that kept me hooked to the end…and beyond.

I have read the entire series starting with the cruise and ending with mystery adventures and thoroughly enjoyed every single one. Also read the culinary capers and enjoyed them as well. I eagerly await the next series of both detectives. I just know you will enjoy them as well. In fact I'm envious of you who are just beginning the journey.

I like that the heroine isn't some 20 something girl. The heroine is a mature, though young at heart intelligent woman. She has realistic feelings and emotions.She's not trashy nor promiscuous and yet has male pursuers who are not bad boys. The mysteries are believable and require some thinking.

This boxed set of cozy mysteries has everything you want in light reading -- a plucky heroine, several dashing young men, beautiful and capable young women, twisting plots and some dogs for comic relief. You also get a number of characters, who are usually disenfranchised, but take a heroic turn in the plot resolution.

In this time of prayed for recovery, this series has been a Godsend. It took me on a cruise from the stress and loss caused by the Pandemic. I got to laugh and hold my breath and let it out. Patricia Fisher is super sleuth, fleeing a bad marriage to becoming a celebrity, she is amazing. After all isn’t that what we all want to be. She allows us to live it vicariously!

I have been unable to put this set of books down! Following the twist and turns that the characters get up to and such outrageous events had me laughing to the final page. I do wonder who the godmother is and can't wait to find out.

Well written, light hearted, easy reading and add in suspense and you have the Patricia Fisher mystery books would recommend if you like Agatha Rasin books you will love these.
