Are you aweful at soldering copper pipe?? IF so, this is the kit for you. I have zero plumbing skills. Connecting a new water heater was a projected disaster with a plumber on call. These connections made those fears go away. In fact, this went so well that I expected a huge disappointment when I turned the water back on. NOT ONE DRIP!!! This really works.

Great product and super easy to use.

First I should mention I have found a less costly alternative. Shark bites work great and the per piece cost thls kit value was better than individual. For emergencies these work great until a system can be drained safely.

I love Sharkbites, when you don't have time or the situation is too tight to sweat a joint these are lifesavers, but these are expensive little jewels and they are fragile. This seller sent these without individually wrapping them and they rattled around the box damaging threads. I think they will still work but they are beat up pretty bad.
