Q: How do I know what size to order? I do not see any sizing info anywhere. I wear a size 11 in womens and a 10 in mens.

Q: Can you machine wash this item?

Yes, provided you take out the plastic stays on the side pockets. I then put them into a delicates wash bag so the velcro doesn't get tangled with the rest of the wash. Line dry after washing. Put the stays back into the side pockets when dry.

Q: Does it come with inserts?

No. Everything built in to the braces

Q: Will this brace work if work with sandals or do you have to wear sneakers?

You can wear sandals but you'll get more support in a sneaker
